Our Intention
🌎 The intention of our yearlong somatic immersion is to come home to our bodies and deepen our relationship to the earth through embodied spiritual practice, community, and ecological connection.
🌀 All of our gatherings are aligned with the seasons and the wheel of the year to support you in connecting more deeply to yourself, others, and the sacred world around you.
🌱 This program shares conscious and high level teachings that will help you weave earth wisdom into your daily life.
🧘♀️ Some of the practices we’ll be exploring together include somatics, yoga, journaling, ritual, and altar building
The investment for this experience is $44 per month

Scheduling Details:
🌙 Our earthy and soulful circle meets 1-2 times per month: once a month for the new moon and once every 6 weeks for earth calendar holidays (solstices, equinoxes, and cross quarters).
📅 Some of the earth calendar holidays will line up with our new moon rituals so in this case we will meet for one super nourishing lunar earth calendar ceremony.
All gatherings will be held on Sundays 3:00-4:30 pm Pacific Time.

About Your Guide
Josie Duraso (she/her) is a queer mystic, somatic therapist and somatic yoga teacher, trauma informed educator, and retreat facilitator.
She is passionate about curating sacred experiences for earthy and soulful people to be together in the name of love and liberation.
The vision that moves her is a healed and joyful world where people feel alive and connected.
Through her classes, workshops, rituals and retreats, she has had the beautiful honor of teaching students from all over the world. Her students can expect to reconnect with their body’s natural wisdom and reclaim their wondrous and innate capacity to heal, grow and transform.
Her work and teachings are rooted in eco feminism, earth-based spirituality, science with a special focus on ecology and neurobiology, and trauma informed care.
Her values center respect, dignity, safety, love, curiosity and connection.
When not teaching, you can find her reading in her hammock, exploring nature with her dogs, and dancing at concerts (or in her living room;) with friends.
