About Me
Hello. I’m Josie. My pronouns are (she/her/hers).
I am a queer mystic, somatic therapist, somatic yoga teacher, trauma informed educator, tarot teacher, and retreat facilitator.
I am passionate about curating sacred experiences for earth conscious and soulful people to be together in the name of love and liberation.
The vision that moves me is a healed and joyful world. A connected world.
Through my classes, workshops, rituals and retreats, I have had the beautiful honor of teaching students from all over the world how to reconnect with their body’s natural wisdom and to be guided by their wondrous and innate capacity to heal, grow and transform.
